US Army lost track of $1 billion worth of arms & equipment in Iraq, Kuwait

 

A newly released declassified audit from the US Department of Defense shows that negligent accounting by the military has resulted in the Pentagon not knowing what happened to more than $1 billion in arms and equipment meant for the Iraqi Army.

 

The Office of Inspector General for the Pentagon’s findings from September 2016 was made public Wednesday as a result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from human rights group Amnesty International.

Over $1 billion worth of arms and military equipment designated under the Iraq Train and Equip Fund (ITEF) and meant to assist the Iraqi government in combatting Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), was not accounted for, the DOD audit found.

Once caught, stats featured next to the Crookèd Hillary creature reveal the Democratic candidate’s controversial background.

The Pokèmon type is listed as “Career Politician” while the number “30,000” is listed next to “Emails Deleted,” a description reads.

“Often found lying to the American people, rigging the system, and sharing TOP SECRET emails.”

According to the video, Crookèd Hillary’s next evolution – a term referring to a Pokèmon’s transformation into a stronger creature – will be “Unemployment.”

At the time of publishing, Clinton has yet to respond to the viral video.

Why Not Admit the Obvious: The President Won’t Blame Them because He Agrees with Them

We all know that Barack Obama was nominally a lawyer at some point in his past – not a good one, by anyone’s account, but he was one.  Assume for the moment that Barack Obama had as his client The Muslim Brotherhood, or CAIR, or Hamas, or any one of dozens of organizations dedicated to taking down the United States.  Could he possibly have done a more effective job of hiding his client’s actions or intentions while they went about conducting criminal operations unmolested as he has for seven years?  Could he have been more successful at misdirecting and

Though not every lawyer shares a client’s philosophy, the zeal with which an attorney does his job can sometimes be proportionate to his identity with the client’s goals and objectives.  The president certainly is a zealous fellow when it comes to radical Islam.

We know he won’t call it “radical Islam,” claiming that that is a distraction or a talking point.  Perhaps the real reason is that he doesn’t believe that what the Islamists he supports are doing is radical at all.  Maybe the actual issue is that he believes in and supports their efforts to infiltrate and subvert the United States.  That would explain an awful lot, wouldn’t it?

For seven years, we have heard how the president “doesn’t get it” and is in over his head, is naive, and countless other excuses.  None of this has ever been the problem.  He gets it.  He simply gets it with regard to his own agenda, his own end game.

It’s the American people who continue not to get it.  The president is in bed with the enemy.  It is ironic that so many of those who are angry that the president won’t say “radical Islam” themselves won’t openly say that he is and always has been the patron of radical Islamists, and he protects them for that reason.  Until we admit this, and see him for what he is and what he has been doing consistently and with determination, we enable him to succeed.

FACEBOOK SUSPENDS OUTSPOKEN FLORIDA GUN SHOPS AFTER ORLANDO ATTACK

Speaking to CBS12’s Kathleen Walter, “Florida Gun Supply” owner Andy Hallinan says Facebook removed his page Tuesday for allegedly engaging in “unauthorized sales of firearms.”

“I woke up this morning to my phone just lighting up. People couldn’t access my Facebook page,” Hallinan told CBS12. “I got phone calls from other gun shops.”

Steve Champion, owner of American “Gun and Pawn,” also had his account suspended over alleged violations regarding “unauthorized” firearm sales.

“I pulled (Facebook) up, and it says, ‘We unpublished your page,’” Champion similarly told CBS12.

According to Hallinan, who once called his gun shop a “Muslim-free” zone, the move by Facebook seems to be in response to both shops’ political speech – not to false claims about their business.

ABC’s ‘Quantico’: American Terrorist Cell Shouts ‘Make America Great Again’ Before Attack

In Sunday night’s episode “Drive,” FBI Agent Jordan Kent confronts agent Ryan Booth about his mysterious disappearance during a field operation in Chicago. Kent believes Booth’s sudden disappearance during the op was no accident and accuses him of being involved in an American militia’s attack in the city.

“What possible reason would I have for wanting to hurt innocent people?” Booth, played by actor Jake McLaughlin, asks Kent. “Why would I want to destroy my own career?”

“I don’t know. Maybe Afghanistan broke you,” Kent replies. “Maybe you realized what a worthless war it was when you got back and you got to talking to one of those cell members one day and realized you were fighting on the wrong side — ”

But before Kent can finish making his accusation, Booth rips him for questioning his loyalty to America.

“Let me tell you something. If you ever say something like that to me again, you’re gonna have a whole new set of problems. I love this country,” Booth angrily replies.

“Isn’t that what they said when they attacked it? ‘Make America Great Again?’” an equally angry Kent fires back.

Doug Casey: Why Do We Need Government

Rousseau was perhaps the first to popularize the fiction now taught in civics classes about how government was created. It holds that men sat down together and rationally thought out the concept of government as a solution to problems that confronted them. The government of the United States was, however, the first to be formed in any way remotely like Rousseau’s ideal. Even then, it had far from universal support from the three million colonials whom it claimed to represent. The U.S. government, after all, grew out of an illegal conspiracy to overthrow and replace the existing government.

There’s no question that the result was, by an order of magnitude, the best blueprint for a government that had yet been conceived. Most of America’s Founding Fathers believed the main purpose of government was to protect its subjects from the initiation of violence from any source; government itself prominently included. That made the U.S. government almost unique in history. And it was that concept – not natural resources, the ethnic composition of American immigrants, or luck – that turned America into the paragon it became.
