2016: THE YEAR THE AMERICANS FOUND OUT OUR ELECTIONS ARE RIGGED

voting-blue-wall

The 2016 election has been a wild ride, with two insurgent grassroots campaigns literally giving the political establishment a run for its money. But as the events of this presidential primary season play out, it’s becoming clear the U.S. election — and even more so, the presidential race — is a big scam being perpetrated on the American people.

Events from the last week have exposed the system as an illusion of choice and a farce. They have reinforced at least one study showing the U.S. is an oligarchy rather than a democratic republic.

The Wyoming democratic caucus took place on Saturday, purportedly to allow voters to have their voices heard in the race between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton. Sanders lost the Wyoming caucus by winning it with a 12 percent margin.

Caitlyn Jenner softens her tone on Hillary Clinton

Caitlyn Jenner softened her tone on Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton after calling her a “f—ing liar.”

The star of E!’s “I Am Cait” revealed in a clip of Sunday’s upcoming episode that she met Clinton and posted a photo of her and friends posing with the former secretary of state with the caption “#learningfrommygirls #willingtolisten.”

In a previous episode, Jenner said she would vote for Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump over her.
“I would never, ever, ever vote for Hillary. We’re done if Hillary becomes president. The country is over,” Jenner said.
Jenner also clarified comments she recently made about Republican presidential candidates Ted Cruz and Trump in an interview with E! last week, saying she did not endorse either candidate.
Jenner, an activist for transgender issues, received a wave of backlash on social media this month for saying that she would like to serve as Cruz’s “trans ambassador” and for saying last week that Trump “would be very good for women’s issues.”

Obama Mama: Baby born on highway shut down for presidential motorcade

A man called 911 about 5:15 pm Thursday to report that his wife was in labor and that traffic was not moving, Louisville MetroSafe spokeswoman Jody Duncan said.

The rush-hour traffic was at a standstill moving because Interstate 65 had been shut down so that the presidential motorcade could travel from the airport to downtown Louisville. Stormy weather did not help matters, the Louisville Courier-Journal reported.

Thousands of motorists were stuck in the snarled traffic on both directions of the highway, as well as surface streets in the city, preventing emergency crews from getting to the laboring woman.

“They couldn’t get through due to the traffic from the motorcade,” Courtney Maloney, a Louisville MetroSafe EMS worker who responded to the call, told WAVE. “I pretty much had to ride the emergency lane all the way down.”

U.S. presidential candidates debate whether to accept Syrian refugees

Democratic U.S. presidential candidate Clinton shares a laugh with Sanders at the conclusion of the second official 2016 U.S. Democratic presidential candidates debate in Des Moines

Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush broke with rivals on Tuesday by saying he would support some Syrian refugees coming into the United States but stressed the screening must be tough to ensure no Islamic State militants enter the country.

The deaths of 129 people in Paris on Friday in attacks for which Islamic State claimed responsibility have given both Democratic and Republican candidates an opening to debate what steps to take against militants whose reach into Europe from Syria and Iraq is a direct challenge to Western leaders.

VIDEO: RAND PAUL MAKES TRUMP LOOK FOOLISH

Paul_Screenshot If you take a look at how they (China) take advantage, it’s through currency manipulation. It’s not even discussed in the almost 6,000 page agreement,” Trump said.

“Hey, Gerard, you know, we might want to point out China is not part of this deal.” Paul interjected, addressing the Fox News host.

The Libertarian leaning candidate’s fact check drew applause from the crowd, who would have otherwise swallowed Trump’s rhetoric without question.

The moderators were also not forthcoming with actual facts on the subject, until Paul pointed out Trump’s omission.
